Bidding Requirements:

Any prospective buyer(s) shall place $10,000.00, in cash or certified funds, in order to bid. Successful buyer(s) must tender a total of 10% within ten days after auction as earnest money. The successful buyer(s) must complete sale of the real property with the Trustee within 45 days from February 6, 2009 of auction, or earnest money will be deemed forfeited by the buyer(s) and the Trustee will close the sale with the party making the next highest offer for the property.
