The date is set. Everyone has the same opportunity at the item. It eliminates any favoritism over one person or another. Giving all equal opportunity to buy.

Auction dates are set and information posted; potential buyers know what is going to be sold and when. Every bidder knows that they have as good a chance as anyone else of taking the item home.

Quality Merchandise

What a great array of items to make life just that much better. We know people who have bought everything they own at auction, their house, car, furniture, collections and of course their kitchen sink.

Many times the items at auction can be of commercial grade. Many of the business liquidations have purchased commercial equipment that is built to last. They cost more in the beginning, which means that have a much longer life span that you can then enjoy.

We auction a wide variety of merchandise; from commercial items to vehicles to real estate to household items and just about everything else in between. Estate auctions are filled with used items; some items are almost new while others have been well loved. It is our goal to make sure that these are quality items and present them as honestly as possible. We encourage potential bidders to personally inspect items during preview times before auctions.

The past auctions are left on the website so you can see the great items that have been sold. The majority of our buyers come back for more. Repeat buyers shows they have enjoyed what they have bought and have appreciated benefits of this method.

Every auction held is different. Auctions are unique in that each one has a new inventory; so if you find an item that you want, try to be the highest bidder, because once an item is up for auction and sold it will not be available again.

The majority of our sellers are truly motivated. They have to much merchandise to liquidate in a set period of time. The auction benefits them by having it all sold by a set date, and it benefits the buyer by knowing their time is well spent in attending the event.

An auction allows sellers to liquidate their merchandise quickly and in a set period of time. A major benefit of selling and buying at auction is that the merchandise will have a new owner at the days end.

Auctions bring people with similar interests together. Many attendees return time and again for the social side of an auction as well as the items. There are concessions at most auctions and seating; so arrive early not only to preview the items but to get the best seats.
