What does "Green Light" mean?

  • This allows you (the Buyer) to drive this vehicle after the purchase to ensure there is no undisclosed frame, engine, or transmission damage.
  • The Seller guarantees no major mechanical damage.
  • This does not guarantee anything that is visible or inspected prior to the sale and any minor repairs.
  • So take a look and bid with confidence!

 

 

"Green Light" Guarantee terms

Guaranteed:

  • Frame, Engine, or Transmission damage in excess of $500.
  • Potential problems must be brought to our attention within 3 HOURS after purchase.
  • Due to the vehicle being out of the Prime Time's control, there is NO arbitration after 2:00pm on auction day.

Not Guaranteed:

  • Anything that is disclosed prior to sale.
  • Anything that can be visibly inspected prior to sale.
    • Including but not limited to: damage to windows, body, interior, brakes, electrical, etc...
      Any damage under $500.

Terms:

  • It is the Buyer's responsibility to show exact damage and how much repairs will cost.
  • The Seller's first option is to make necessary repairs, the buyer still owns and pays for the item.
  • If the Buyer causes any damage to the item, the Buyer must pay for the damage caused.
    • Green Light Guarantee items have been previously inspected so the Buyer cannot falsify damage.
  • Buyer's remorse is not covered or acknowledged.
  • A professional, 3rd party mechanic may be hired to resolve issues on repairs and cost.
