1. The sale is 'AS IS' and 'Where IS' and without warranty of any nature whatsoever. Purchasers are deemed to have conducted their own inspection and should NOT rely on descriptive information provided or statements made.
2. All purchases to be paid in full before buyer leaves the premises. Payment may be made by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. 3% additional for payments not made by Cash or Check.
3. As soon as you are declared the winning bidder you are responsible for the item purchased. Guard against theft or damage. You will have to pay for items in full.
4. TITLES: A $50.00 title and administrative fee will apply to all Titled Items.
5. Purchases to be removed as soon as auction is finished. If special arrangements need to be made please do that with authorized auction personnel. Items left after the deadline will be charged $10. a day storage.
6. If any check given in payment is not honored for any reason (including but not limited to N.S.F., stop payment order, or the like) I agree to pay $25 returned check fee and if that check is placed in the hands of an attorney for collection, to pay all reasonable attorney's fees incurred, together with all costs suit.
7. Collusion will not be tolerated. In accordance with the Sherman Act it is unlawful to agree not to bid against another buyer, punishable by fines and prison.
8. I will pay any legal state sales tax due to my failure to qualify as exempt from said tax.

Real Estate Terms:
Property will be offered free of all liens and encumbrances. Title insurance will be provided by the Seller. Preregister to bid by providing a predetermined amount of ernest money; a cashiers check made payable to yourself and sign the complete terms and conditions. Property will need to be paid in full within 45 days, closing date set at auction. It will be a NO contingencies Contract. A predetermined buyers premium will be added to the final bid price. Property will be sold As Is, with no guarantees expressed or implied. Inspections will need to be done prior to auction.
