REMOVAL
After auction until 6pm. (no removal of large items during auction) Monday June 24 from 10 to 4 then by appointment. All items should be removed by 10 days following auction (July 2), unless special arrangements are made. Storage charges will start on July 3.

SALES TAX
5% Idaho Sales tax will be charged unless buyer supplies valid resale information.

PAYMENT
All items must be paid in full on day of auction by Cash, Check, Certified Funds, Wire Transfer, Visa, Master Card or Discover. A 3% Buyers Premium will be added to all purchases. A 3% Discount will be given for payment with Cash, Check, Certified Funds, or Wire Transfer.

TITLES / VEHICLES
Title processing fee of $20 will be added to all titled Items. Titles information will be given to the DMV and they will mail the title directly to the buyer in the buyers name.

All merchandise will be sold AS - IS, WHERE - IS, Buyer must be satisfied to the age and condition of the merchandise prior to bidding. All sales are final!
