($1 per ticket, must be present to win)
- A Full Year Tuition - This is for the 2010-2011 school year. This is good for upper or lower campus (lower campus excludes 3 summer months)
- A uniform package donated by Ace Hardware - 2 pants, 2 short sleeve shirts, 2 long sleeve shirts, 1 belt and 1 skort or short
- Xbox 360 Elite System - This includes the console, controller, 120 GB memory, headset, and 2 free games
- Visio High Definition Blu-Ray Disc Player
- Gold's Gym Power Spin Recumbent Bike
Silent Auction Rules
- The silent auction will be open for bidding at 5:30 pm
- All silent auction items have a bid sheet next to them. Your bid must be higher than the one above by at least the minimum increment specified on the card and the highest final bid will receive the item
- All auction items must be removed at the end of the evening
Rules and Disclaimers
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, exchanges or substitutions.
- GRACE LUTHERAN SCHOOL assumes no liability for any of the products or their value.
- 6% Idaho Sales Tax will be charged on all tangible property. (Anything you can feel, see, & touch).
- Services or trips offered in this program must be negotiated with the donor for redemption within TWO WEEKS of the auction. All services are to be arranged for on a mutually agreeable date.
- Items purchased at this auction may not be tax deductible. Please check with your tax advisor or accountant.
- All items must be removed from the building by the end of the evening.
- Certain items may require a minimum bid. If it cannot be reached, the auctioneer has the right to withdraw the item and close the bidding.
- If not noted, all services expire by auction date of the following year.
- The Auction Committee has endeavored to catalog and describe the auction items correctly, but all items are sold "as is" and the Auction Committee neither warrants nor represents, and shall in no event be responsible for the correctness of description or authenticity, authorship, provenance, or condition of the item.
- All experiences sold at the auction are under taken at the sole risk of the purchaser. Grace Lutheran School shall not be held responsible in any way for the loss, injury, or damage to person or property, howsoever caused or arising (Please note your expiration date).
Methods of Payment
- As you arrive and are issued a bid number, please keep this number secure. You are responsible for it.
- When you are ready to leave the auction, please step to the accounting table to settle your account.
- You may pay by cash, check, Master Card or VISA. Promissory notes will not be accepted. On all Master Card and VISA charges, there will also be an additional 3% charge of the total sales to cover bank service fees.
- $25.00 SERVICE CHARGE will be assessed on all returned checks.
